The CEHUM has a library specialized in Human Sciences, accessible to students and teachers, and publishes annually a specialized journal, in three series - Diacrítica -, open to internal or external collaboration. This publication, with a peer review model, was recently been added to the SciELO - Scientific Electronic Library Online database, and is released internationally through an extensive network of exchanges.
Diacrítica is an university journal, released once a year, published by the Center for Humanistic Studies of the Institute of Arts and Humanities of the University of Minho and financed by the Foundation for Science and Technology.

The Center for Galician Studies, dedicated to the dissemination of the Galician language and culture, has been operating in the ILCH since 1997 in the framework of a cooperation protocol between the University of Minho and the Xunta de Galicia.
Cooperation between the Department of Philosophy of the ILCH and the Pedagogical University of Maputo, so that doctoral candidates in Philosophy (of the Pedagogical University of Maputo) can do research tutored by teachers from UMinho.
