 Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy

​​This course enables the students to develop the main themes and problems of Philosophy. The bachelor’s degree in Philosophy of the University of Minho is particularly recommended to those who seek solid cultural knowledge and aim at developping their critical thought and expression skills. Thus, the student's profile includes those who have just completed secondary education, but also those who have already had a work experience are and looking for an additional qualification in a labor market where adaptation and flexibility are more important than a specialization. 
The course requires class attendance and will be held from 5pm to 8pm.

Description


This degree will enable students to achieve an in-depth overview on the main themes and problems related to Philosophy.
It is, therefore, highly recommended for all those who wish to attain a sound cultural base and at the same time acquire a full development of both critical and oratory skills.
Prospective students should include not only those who have completed their secondary education but also those who have a professional background and aim at attaining a supplementary qualification for a job market demanding, more than specialized skills, adaptation and flexibility.
